Are donations tax-deductible?
As a registered Belgian ASBL, donations over €40 are eligible for tax certificates for Belgian tax residents. For international donors, please consult your local tax advisor regarding deductibility in your jurisdiction.
Can I volunteer even if I'm not a healthcare professional?
Yes! While our field missions require healthcare professionals, we have many support roles available including communications, graphic design, translation, fundraising, and event planning. These can often be done remotely.
How is my donation used?
We maintain low overhead, with 85%+ of donations going directly to program delivery. This includes trainer travel and accommodation, training materials, equipment, and follow-up support. Full financial breakdowns are available in our annual report.
