We're building our measurement approach as we grow. Here's how we currently gather feedback and learn from our programs.
Pre-Training Assessment
Baseline knowledge and skill evaluation to measure learning gains and identify areas of focus.
Post-Training Evaluation
Competency assessment and satisfaction surveys immediately after program completion.
6-Month Follow-Up
Surveys to assess skill application in daily practice and knowledge transfer to colleagues.
Partner Institution Reports
Regular feedback from partner hospitals on program outcomes and systemic changes.
