What Impact Means to Us

More Than Numbers

Impact is not just numbers. It's confidence, new skills, and local professionals training others. We learn alongside our partners, building something together step by step.

Our Approach

Learning Together

We work alongside local partners to build skills that last. Success for us means seeing colleagues train others and watching confidence grow.

92% Satisfaction Rate

Participants told us the training felt practical and relevant to their daily work.

85% Apply Skills Daily

In follow-up surveys, most participants said they use what they learned in their everyday practice.

70% Train Colleagues

Many participants have already started teaching their colleagues โ€” that's where real change begins.

How Skills Spread

These are early estimates from our first year. We're still learning how to measure this well.

Professionals we trained directly 200+
Colleagues they've trained so far ~500

Estimated from follow-up surveys

Patients who may benefit ~25,000

How We Track Our Progress

We're building our measurement approach as we grow. Here's how we currently gather feedback and learn from our programs.

1

Pre-Training Assessment

Baseline knowledge and skill evaluation to measure learning gains and identify areas of focus.

2

Post-Training Evaluation

Competency assessment and satisfaction surveys immediately after program completion.

3

6-Month Follow-Up

Surveys to assess skill application in daily practice and knowledge transfer to colleagues.

4

Partner Institution Reports

Regular feedback from partner hospitals on program outcomes and systemic changes.

Our First Annual Report

This is our first year, so our report is straightforward: what we did, what we learned, and where the money went.
