We’re excited to announce the official launch of our hybrid training model, developed based on learnings from our first field mission.

The Challenge

Traditional medical education missions face a common challenge: knowledge transfer often ends when the training team leaves. Our hybrid model addresses this through structured ongoing engagement.

How It Works

Phase 1: Intensive On-Site Training (2-8 weeks)

  • Hands-on workshops and clinical practice
  • Direct mentorship from Belgian specialists
  • Local trainer identification and development

Phase 2: Transition Period (1 month)

  • Gradual handover to local trainers
  • Belgian team available for support
  • Initial peer learning sessions

Phase 3: Ongoing Support (12 months)

  • Monthly telemedicine consultations
  • Quarterly virtual workshops
  • Access to online learning resources
  • Peer network facilitation

Early Results

Our pilot of this model showed:

  • 40% higher knowledge retention at 6 months
  • Strong local trainer confidence
  • Sustained peer learning activities
